About me

I am currently associated as an Associate Professor in MBA department at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida from September 2021 onwards. I am a professionally qualified Associate Professor Specialised in Human Resource management and General Management with 13 years of Teaching Experience of different Institutions.

I had qualified UGC NET even in my early days of Academic job. I have written and got Published 25 plus National and International Research Papers in various Reputed Journals. I like to Work as per latest Teaching Pedagogy and updated teaching methods- case study based teaching.

I have attended no. of Faculty development programmes and also conducted management development programmes for students as well at College level. I am determined and enthusiastic, have developed good planning, organisational & Interpersonal skills and confident working independently or as part of a team.
